Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Furthermore, items that have been personalized are non-refundable. Please check the product description before making a purchase.

2. Refunds:

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. – If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Shipping:

a. Return Shipping: – You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

b. Incorrect or Defective Items: – If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Make sure to have proof of delivery from your shipping service provider – we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
